Bio

Kirsty Cartwright is the Administrative Assistant to University Athletics. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. She is an alumnus of the University of The Bahamas with a Diploma in Adult Workforce Education and Training.

She has culminated many years of knowledge and extensive experience working daily within tertiary institutions. She works along with our student-athletes and closely with faculty by providing administrative support. Dedicated, to helping student-athletes navigate their careers, and educational opportunities and encouraging them to explore and grow professionally.

She develops and monitors student-athletes progress, and grades and focuses specifically on their academic achievement, personal development, and success. Dedicated to helping to cultivate and support student-athletes throughout their educational journeys and to help them build their self-efficacy.

She is passionate about the future of higher education with an inclusive environment for all student communities. She hopes to be a resource and support for students to find their inner roots, develop their skills, and recognize their assets and strengths.
